How soon do the first leads come?+
The first 2–3 weeks go into research, data sourcing and domain warm-up — a technical requirement you can't skip without landing in spam. First replies typically arrive in week 3–4, first qualified leads in week 4–6.
When does it pay back?+
From month three onwards. Outbound can break even on the first reply or on the last email of the last sequence — that's the nature of the channel. With deal sizes above 100K ₽, one or two deals is usually enough.
Do you guarantee a number of leads?+
Not on the pilot: we validate the hypotheses honestly and show you the real numbers for your vertical. After the pilot, once there's data, we can commit to a target.
Will this hurt our domain reputation?+
No. We never send from your primary domain. We register separate lookalike domains, warm them up and send only from those. Your company email stays clean.
Why is there no open rate in the cases?+
Because we disable open tracking on most campaigns: the tracking pixel hurts deliverability, and since the changes in mail clients the numbers stopped being trustworthy. We look at replies, qualified leads and closed deals.
Is this legal under GDPR and CAN-SPAM?+
We contact business addresses with a legitimate business proposal, identify the sender and include an opt-out in every email. For EU prospects we work on the legitimate-interest basis and honour objections immediately.
What do you need from us?+
One hour for the kickoff interview, access to data about your existing customers, and one person on your side who can answer product questions quickly. After that — just work the leads.
We tried outbound and it didn't work. What's different?+
Usually one of four things broke: deliverability, data quality, the offer, or reply speed. On the first call we review your previous attempt and show you exactly where it leaked.
What happens if we stop working together?+
All domains, mailboxes, data and sequences are handed over to you. You can continue on your own or with another team. We don't hold clients hostage with access.
