Personal data processing policy

Version of 10 August 2026

This policy explains what personal data the operator receives through the form on genzy-agency.ru, why it is needed, how long it is kept and how to have it deleted. It is written in line with part 2 of article 18.1 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on personal data.

1. Who processes the data

The data operator is Danil Kliuev, individual entrepreneur, TIN 670001353835, OGRNIP 324670000018229.

For any question about data processing, write to hello@genzy-agency.ru.

2. What we receive

Through the request form you pass on only what you filled in yourself:

  • your name — how to address you;
  • a phone number or Telegram handle — whichever contact you provided;
  • your preferred channel: Telegram, WhatsApp or a phone call;
  • a link to your company — an optional field you may leave empty;
  • a comment — also optional;
  • the address of the page the request was sent from and the interface language, so we understand the context.

3. What is collected automatically

When the form is submitted, the server records the sender's IP address. It serves exactly one purpose: limiting how many requests come from a single address and filtering out automated submissions. The IP address is held in the server's memory for no longer than ten minutes and never becomes part of the request itself.

The site uses no cookies, no web analytics counters, no advertising pixels and no behavioural tracking. While you are simply reading pages, we collect nothing about you.

4. Why we need it

The only purpose is to answer your request and discuss possible cooperation: to reach you through the channel you chose, ask clarifying questions, prepare a forecast and a proposal.

We do not use your data for marketing campaigns, and we neither sell it nor pass it to third parties for their own purposes.

5. On what legal basis

Processing is based on your consent under clause 1 of part 1 of article 6 of Law No. 152-FZ. You give it deliberately: the form cannot be submitted without ticking both consent boxes below the fields, and a submission without them is rejected.

6. Who the data is shared with

Requests arrive in the operator's working chat on Telegram. Technically this means the contents of your request pass through servers of Telegram Messenger Inc. located outside the Russian Federation — a cross-border data transfer. By submitting the form you agree to it as well.

If Telegram is unavailable at that moment, the request is written to a service log on the operator's server so it is not lost, and removed from there once it has been handled manually.

Your data has no other recipients.

7. How long it is kept

A request stays in the operator's correspondence for as long as the conversation about it requires, but no longer than one year from receipt. After that, or at your request, the data is deleted.

Separately, the server remembers a checksum of the request for up to fifteen minutes — it prevents a double click from turning into two identical requests. The contents cannot be reconstructed from it.

8. Your rights

At any time you may withdraw your consent, ask to correct, block or delete your data, and find out what data about you the operator holds. Simply write to hello@genzy-agency.ru in your own words — no special form is required.

We answer such requests within ten working days, as article 20 of Law No. 152-FZ requires. Withdrawing consent means we stop processing and delete the data, unless the law obliges us to keep it.

9. How the data is protected

The site runs over HTTPS, so whatever you type into the form is transmitted encrypted. Only the operator has access to submitted requests. The form limits how often it can be sent and filters out automated submissions, so outsiders cannot flood the channel with junk.

10. Changes to this policy

The operator may update this policy — for instance if the form's fields or the way data is handled change. A new version is published on this page, with its effective date shown under the heading. We suggest checking it before sending a request.
